Non Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) Guided Practice

NSDR is guided visualization practice that creates deep relaxation, supports a parasympathetic response in your nervous system, and can help you to expand your ability to move through your emotions and day with more ease.

You can use this practice to deactivate your stress response, replenish your energy, refresh your mind, and create more internal space for emotional wellbeing.

Try using this practice during natural transition in your day, before or after work, or when you're ready for a deep reset.

Walking Sensory Grounding Guided Practice

Sensory Grounding is the practice of bringing your full awareness to the present moment by tuning into your surroundings and engaging your senses. This intentional focus anchors the mind to what is steady and supportive in your outer environment, helping cultivate a felt sense of presence and safety on the inside.

Sensory grounding helps us access an inner connection to what is helpful, soothing, and good in our lives, even in the midst of difficulty and stress. It offers tangible nervous system support and invites more steadiness, ease, and fulfillment into our everyday experience.

Resetting Breath Guided Practice

Deliberate breathing practices intentionally influence the pattern of your breath, helping you find inner balance and spaciousness. These practices help calm the mind, reduce stress, and signal safety to the nervous system. 

The Vibrant Mom deliberate breathing practices teach you to use your breath as an ally, easing stress, fatigue, and overwhelm, and inviting in more focus, balanced energy, and mental clarity. Also, these practices can represent a return, again and again, to the heart, to your Essential Self on the inside.

You can use the Resetting Breath when you could use a mental, physical, or emotional reset, to help replenish your energy and focus, and to help when you're scattered and stressed.
