For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Cara Maiolo and Transformational Mentoring (CM/TM) includes www.caramaiolo.com. CM/TM may collect personally identifiable information, such as your username, first and last name, birthdate, phone number and e-mail address. If you purchase CM/TM  products and services, I collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. I may also retain any messages you send through the websites or our services, and may collect information you provide in any content you post to our websites or services. I use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the services. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by CM/TM . This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the CM/TM  website.

CM/TM encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from CM/TM  so that you can understand how the website collects, uses and shares your information. CM/TM  is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the CM/TM  website. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible for and we do not have any control over any third-parties that you authorize to access your information.

CM/TM  collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested.

CM/TM  may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from CM/TM and its affiliates. CM/TM  may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

Your privacy settings may also be affected by changes to the functionality of third party sites and services that you add to the CM/TM  websites, such as social networks. Company is not responsible for the functionality or security measures of any third party.

Your information collected through the websites may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which CM/TM  or its subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers maintain facilities. If you have registered for the Websites, you may access, review, and make changes to your Personal Information, Billing Information, and certain Other Information by following the instructions found on the Websites. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner. You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our subscription databases.

Use of Cookies

The CM/TM  website may use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalizeCM/TM  pages, or register with the CM/TM  membership site or services, a cookie helps CM/TM  to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. When you return to the same CM/TM  websites, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the CM/TM  features that you customized.

Ads on Company Website

We may also share certain information (but never your personal information) such as your location, browser and cookie data and other data relating to your use of our services with our business partners to deliver advertisements (“ads”) that may be of interest to you. CM/TM  may allow third-party ad servers or ad networks to serve advertisements on the services. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser or mobile device, the ads and ad links that appear on the services, and will automatically receive your IP address when they do so. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, device identifiers, location data, and clear gifs, see above) to compile information about your browser’s or device’s visits and usage patterns on the services, and to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize the advertising content. CM/TM  does not sell, rent, or share the information we collect directly from you or about you from third parties with these third-party ad servers or ad networks for such parties’ own marketing purposes.

Please note that an advertiser may ask CM/TM to show an ad to a certain audience of Users (e.g., based on demographics or other interests). In that situation, CM/TM determines the target audience and CM/TM  serves the advertising to that audience and only provides anonymous aggregated data to the advertiser. If you respond to such an ad, the advertiser or ad server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach.

The CM/TM  Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, third-party advertisers. Please consult the respective privacy policies of such advertisers or contact such advertisers for more information.

Security of your Personal Information

CM/TM  secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

Children Under Thirteen

CM/TM  does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to me, please contact me, and I will endeavor to delete that information from my databases.
